Our Story
Staffing On Demand was founded in 2010 by a registered nurse who saw firsthand the gap between institutional care and what families truly needed: compassionate, personalized support that allowed loved ones to age with dignity in their own homes.
What started as a small team of dedicated caregivers has grown into Central Florida’s most trusted home care agency, serving over 2,500 families and employing more than 200 certified professionals.
